We appreciate much of the information requested on this form is very
confidential and sensitive information and Rotary guarantees
This information will not go to or be seen by anyone other than
the Scholarship Committee.
Further we guarantee the information will be used for no purpose
other than to assess your financial eligibility for sending a student
overseas on Rotary Youth Exchange.
Once a decision has been made to assist and the amount of the assistance
or not to assist, all financial information given by you to us will
be returned to you or destroyed and no copies will be kept.
